If you don't see the option to cancel, then you're either signed in to the wrong account, or you're being charged through a mobile store such as Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store. If you're being charged through an app store, you need to cancel through the store; Dropbox cannot cancel the subscription for you. Otherwise you can use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're being charged for. Once you identify the account, you can sign in to it, resetting the password if needed, and cancel the subscription.
