Plans and Subscriptions

My previous limit was 5tb. I got to 4.4tb and it stopped letting me add files because it said it was full. I deleted 2tb worth of files and that didn't seem to register as it was still saying I was full.
So I upgraded to unlimited storage and it STILL says my storage is full and that I need to add more space. Pretty frustrating as I am trying to back up some projects before I leave for a week later today.
Can anyone help with this? Thanks!
Are you sure it is Dropbox saying that and not your local computer?
You may also need to contact Dropbox to get the quota upgrade - Dropbox Advanced plans do have unlimited data, but, you need to request the space increases once you near your limit

Yes I am sure. I also got an email from dropbox saying that they added 1tb of storage for free, so I don't understand why I'm having this issue.
You'll need to contact them tomorrow for more space 🙂
