I have paid for a Dropbox Plus subscription, but my account shows as Basic

I have paid for a Dropbox Plus subscription, but my account shows as Basic

I have paid for a basic plus subscription for three months and a professional subscription for one month through Apple. For two months it showed the correct storage in the app of 2TB. Now it show 2GB in the app. I am signed in with my appleid correctly with both apple and dropbox. Online dropbox shows me as having a basic subscription. I can't get in contact with a human to get an appropriate refund and to get my account changed to professional. Does anyone know how to do the right voodoo to get a human?

Hey @BeingCheated5684, welcome to the Dropbox Community.

 

Is it possible that you're signed in to the wrong Dropbox account?

 

Would you mind checking any other email addresses you might have for any emails from Dropbox, to see if you can find anything?
