I have subscribed to a free trial, but I am also billed, why?

I have subscribed to a free trial, but I am also billed, why?

Hi, 

Today, I have subscribed to the free-trial 19.90e offer. 

I have a Revolut card and I have been billed 19.90e but I don't have access to the offer (in my account I just have the 2giga offer).

First, if it's a free trial I don't get why I have been billed earlier.

Secondly, where is my access ?

Hi @sofia10, welcome to our Community!

 

In regards to your trial, and charge, is it possible that instead of starting a trial, you upgraded your account?

 

Also, can you please check if it's possible that you have two Dropbox accounts linked to two different emails? If you have the transaction ID that is linked to your charge, you can also take a look here.
