So it's weird. I've a Plus account which was working perfectly fine until I become a member of one of our business account. And now it says you don't have space. I can't see my Plus account details in setting, it shows my business account details. Before getting connected I confirmed that these will be two different entities my data and my space won't be shared and the answer was YES! but now I can't even upload a single image because my business account is full. HOW?
Hey @Zak7111, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community and happy Friday!
When you were invited to join the Dropbox Business team, you chose to keep your personal account separate from the team.
Thus, a new Basic free account was created and your personal files were moved there.
So, is it possible that that's the account you're currently signed into?
If you previously had a Plus account with more than 2 GB of files in it, then the new Basic account with your files would be overquota now, that's why it says it's full.
I hope this clarifies things, but let me know if you have any questions.

Nope, it's not a new basic free account. It's the same PLUS account that I've been using.
Even in details the email and other contact information are of the same account.
So clearly NO @Hannah
Hey @Zak7111, sorry for jumping in.
Can you please click here and send me a screenshot of what you see on that page?
Also, I’d like you send me one more screenshot of the error message you’ve received stating that you’ve run out of space.
Finally, the email you mention, was it sent to the same email address as the one you see here?
This will help us have a clearer image of what’s happening.
Thanks!
