I keep getting a technical error when trying to upgrade

I keep getting a technical error when trying to upgrade

I'm trying to upgrade to the Professional plus eSign trial to check it out but I keep getting a pop up that says "Could not upgrade due to technical error."

There's no explanation as to what the technical error is.

 

I've already tried doing it in incognito mode, I've followed some links given to me by the people in the chats but still nothing. 

 

Any advice or does anyone know how I can contact the technical team directly?

Hi @J124, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

 

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
