I'm a Paid Subscriber but I can't get into my Account and can't get Support because of it

I'm a Paid Subscriber but I can't get into my Account and can't get Support because of it

I have a paid membership with DropBox that I had from an old work email that I'm still getting charged for. I don't have the login and I don't have access to the email anymore as well. But because DropBox doesn't have support for anyone that isn't a paid subscriber and I can't access the account to login I can't use the membership or get help to cancel it. Does anyone know how to actually contact support for Dropbox without logging in? The ChatBot doesn't help at all and just links me to other support pages that don't help with my situation. I do not want to pay for a subscription with another account just to access support.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Also note that you won't be able to gain access to the account without access to the email address associated with it. Dropbox will cancel your subscription for you so you're no longer billed, but they won't give access to an account if you can't access the email address.
