I have HAD IT. I've gone through chats and emails every single month for four months. I keep being told that my sub is canceled and I'll be getting a refund. This morning, I was charged again.
How do I get some real customer service???

I see that these tickets you gave us are kind of old and closed, have you tried reaching out to our support again about this?
