I started getting warnings that I was above my 2 GB free account. I should have 7 GB as I have Quicken and previously redeemed an offer for 5 GB Dropbox space. It's been fine for several years but now I see on the main page of the Drop Box website, it shows I only have 2 GB and there are warnings there too that I need to upgrade or it will stop synching. But if I go to the account page, I shows I have 7 GB which is correct. I need to make sure that the synching will not stop. I can't contact a support agent to verify this because it says I can also do that if I have a paid subscription. The bot is no help and the other option is to go the Community so here I am. Please help! Thank you.
Thanks for the screenshot, @lisajanel, and I hope you’re doing well!
From what you’ve provided, it looks like you’re not close to running out of space indeed, so you shouldn’t worry about your Dropbox account going over-quota soon.
Out of curiosity though, did you delete any files from your account after receiving that notification about your Dropbox storage? Are you still receiving warnings that you need to upgrade your account or have they stopped?

Hey @lisajanel, thanks for reaching out to the us today.
Can you please send us a screenshot of the warning that you got and also a screenshot of what your plan page is reporting, so we can look into this?
Thanks in advance!

Here are the requested screenshots. Also - I went through all my files and they don't add up to 2.9 GB anyway. I don't see where that number is coming from. Thanks!

Anything in your Backups?
Thanks for the suggestion but I looked and I don't have any backups. Here's a screenshot:

I just checked and my Drop Box plan on the main page is now correctly showing 7GB instead of 2GB so I am not longer getting warnings that I'm over the limit. Thanks!
