I renewed my subscription Nov. 13 and I’m still getting emails I’m out of storage! What’s up?

Could you have more than one account?
Check your Plan page. What plan does it say you're on? If it shows Basic, then you're signed in to a free account and you're likely being charged for a different account. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're paying for.

@Birchie - I am on auto renew. Got a message yesterday that my account had been downgraded from Plus and my storage was full. I figured maybe my card on file expired so I tried to put in updated billing info but the purchase site isn't working and I can only get through to sales, who does not have the ability to help me. I've spent hours trying to resolve this to no avail.
Hey @Birchie - sorry to jump in here, but it sounds like you're on the Basic plan since you're getting those emails and can't cancel your subscription. The Basic plan comes for free so it would make sense that there's no cancel plan button.
Are you 100% sure that the renewal was successful? Also, did you upgrade your account through the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device in the first place?
As for you @robin712 I just got back to you on another thread. You can have a look there and respond or we can continue from here if you like.
