I needed to downgrade so I clicked change plan and have been billed twice. How do I get a quick refund as this payment has taken me in to Overdraft!

Hey @SimplySimon, welcome to the Dropbox Community!

 

Would you mind checking your billing tab, to confirm that you've actually been charged twice?

 

Do you see two separate invoices and two receipts? Or just two invoices with one receipt?

 

In any case, since you're on a paid plan, I would definitely suggest you contact our support team directly about your request.
