I opened and paid for a new account for 2000 GB, but when I log in to the account is says I only have 2 GB, Trial plan,
I checked my bank and they $119.30 came out of my account.
how do I get my account set up properly,

According to your card statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes, or Google Play?

I have checked them both and cant see that either are upgraded.

Currently, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions.
If the card statement shows a payment from Dropbox, could you try using the card lookup tool to locate which account it belongs to?

My bank is un able to provide me with the 12 digit number you are looking for, I have proof of payment from the bank though.
I need to get this Dropbox up and running.
