They charged my membership, but they lowered my category.Why?

How did you pay for your plan? Was the payment made directly through your credit card or through Apple iTunes/Google Play Store?
If you check the plan tab in your account settings, do you see that your account is downgraded, or on the plan you paid for?
Let me know what you find.

I am a paid user through the App Store monthly subscription, and my next billing date is 21 Aug. Why has my Dropbox account reverted to the basic version? I can't even try to get help on the Dropbox Support website because I am not a paid user, and I have no way to chat with an agent or send a message to report this problem.
