I've payed for a Personal Plus plan and charged in my credit card, but I didn't receive nothing and any plan is applied. I need to solve this, thank you
From My credit card dropbox account is not renewed from NOV.
Today I tried amount deducted 4 times but account doesn't renewed.
Tried for helpcenter today they didn't replied.
I am unable to upload my files.
If anyone can help on this matter.

Hey @nadiamonteiroo, thanks for the nudge here and sorry to see you're having trouble.
Can you open your Dropbox app, tap on 'account' then on the gear icon and then on 'restore purchases' to see if that helps?

Is the charge for the same Dropbox account that you tried restoring its purchases? Is it possible that you have a different account?
Also, just to double check, if you open your plan page, it shows you registered under the Basic plan, right?
