Hello,
Not long ago I paid for a subscription to dropbox whilst I was still in the trial period. The trial period has ended but I get a "Your team’s Dropbox Business trial has ended and team files have stopped syncing. To resume, see next steps." message on my account page.
How do I fix this?
I just tried to upload a zipped folder but after the upload is finished I get a error message telling me that my dropbox is full. But it is not. Please help. I used dropbox as part of my income.
My credit card shows that I paid $119.88 on 9/16/2022 for my dropbox subscription. 😞
Hi @Darren Nemeth, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
It sounds like you may still be part of a team account that's in locked state.
If that's the case, you'll need to leave or disband the team to revert your account back to a personal account before you can upgrade to one of the individual plans.
