I think I may have multiple accounts, can you help?

Hello, I am new to DB and having issues. I think I may have multiple accounts. Is it possible to get someone live and do a screen share to view my screen with me for instruction?

The type of support you have depends on your account's plan. You can see more about this here

 

As for your multiple accounts, can you check your email addresses, to see if you have any Dropbox emails there? 

 

Are the accounts paid by any chance?

Hi. Yes, I do have emails from DropBox in two of my email accounts. My yahoo account and a work account that I think is set up through google.  I am not sure if they are paid accounts or not. I am guessing they are free accounts, but not positive. 

 

Is there someone I can have a live conversation with?

I am not sure if my reply made it to you. Yes, I have emails in two of my accounts from DB. My yahoo mail and a work email that was set up through Google I believe.

@Twyatt ARGH!

Never ever ever post phone numbers or emails on a PUBLIC forum - it is a sure fire way to get scammed and spammed. Dropbox is not going to call you I'm afraid but scammers certainly will try. 

 

If you have multiple accounts you need to manually choose one to keep and move the data from the other in to it. Dropbox cannot do that for you. I would suggest doing so via Shared Folders

Thanks Mark, I didn't realize I was posting to public. I thought I was messaging with an individual from DB. My mistake. I guess I will put my seatbelt on for the additional spam action. Dang it!
