hello. My free trial ends on May 28, 2024, and I tried to cancel the payment but it didn't work, so I was charged. I currently have an essentials annual plan paid for, and I want to change to a Plus monthly plan. I haven't used dropbox since the time I was charged, so I would appreciate if you could refund me and charge me again.

Dropbox Support doesn't work on weekends. It could be a couple of days before someone gets to your ticket.
