I upgraded, but it doesn't appear on my account

Hello. I just upgraded my account from basic to plus. My first month is free and I have received a confirmation email stating that I upgraded however its not recognised still on my account. I really need to have access to the extra space. Even if I wanted to I can't cancel that subscription as its not even recognised as active which is frustrating. I only have one account BTW.

Are you able to see the payment on your account here?

 

Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app?
