How on earth do I speak to anyone at Dropbox????????
The email contact doesn't work and the ChatBot is worse than useless!!!!
I recently upgraded but the message I keep getting is that my Dropbox is full - it can't be.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello Nick
Sorry that you are having issues. High-end customers have phone support but the rest have to rely on the community and fill out a support ticket.
Does your Harddrive on your PC have plenty of space for your files? if it doesn't then you need to increase the HD compacity. Dropbox syncs all your files to the cloud and also syncs to all connected devices. If you are using a phone, then it will not download all files to your mobile device but it will do so on desktops PCs
also if you have shared folders, then all the files in the shared folder counts toward your quota

Hi @NickW3, sorry for jumping in, too.
Can you also clarify what type of plan you upgraded to? You can double check this here.
Let me know!

Dropbox Backup plan
Account: [email removed as per Community Guidelines]
Price: £47.88
Transaction number: N7QBT42TWT19
Hey @NickW3, I hope you're doing well!
Do you see the message about your account being full when you try to enable Dropbox Backup?
Keep in mind that, The Dropbox Backup plan is a paid subscription that includes the same features as the free Basic plan, but provides all the space you need to back up one computer and one external hard drive. Is this how you intended to use it?
Let me know more!

I am only using it to backup one laptop
Hey @NickW3, let me clarify this a bit.
So the plan you purchased, allows for unlimited backup space for one computer and one external drive.
However, you're still limited to the 2 GB quota, that the free Dropbox account offers, for the rest of the files that you put into your Dropbox account.
Meaning, you can add up to 2 GB of files, if you're manually adding them to Dropbox.
I hope this helps clarify things!
