I've just been charged by Dropbox but I can't cancel

I've just been charged by Dropbox but I can't cancel

Please help me! I have just been charged $246 for my Dropbox. I set up a free trial and tried to cancel it but couldn’t work out how to. I figured that because it was a ‘basic plan’ it must be free and so that’s why I couldn’t cancel it. Obviously not! Now I am again trying to cancel!! I have followed the instructions - click on initials, plan and scroll to bottom to cancel but there is no option there. So thought maybe I purchased on my phone, but again - have been in subscriptions and Dropbox isn’t there!!!
How do I cancel !! So frustrating and I am so cross that i have been charged too!!

Hey there @cwhite2711, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Do you happen to have another Dropbox account, perhaps associated with another email address of yours?

What do you see in your account's plan tab at the moment?

Also, have you tried our self served look up tool to identify the email address that's associated with your charge?

Let me know what you find!
