Hi, I've contacted Dropbox Business Sales Team to upgrade my corporate account from Basic to Business Standard plan. After couple of questions I received invoice which was paid by my company. After all we still don't have upgrade of account from Basic to business. I've tried to solve it through Support on site but obviously haven't find any similiar problems with another users.
Person who helped us with receiving invoice only sending me to support team at https://www.dropbox.com/support or email them https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues
But there are no any contacts who can help with that.
How can I manage that topic?
