I've paid for Plus but it's not on my account

I've paid for Plus but it's not on my account

I’m paying for Dropbox Plus for years and now it says I have the basic account and I have to upgrade. I tried to upgrade but then it says I already have the upgrade. I pay with apple and every month I see a payment on my credit card. What can I do?

I already tried that, but there is no button to click to restore my apple purchases.

It's under Settings within the Dropbox app. Tap the Account tab, then the gear at the top right. Scroll to the bottom and you'll see an option to restore purchases.

Hey @Lineke! Hope you’re doing well, and thanks for posting here.

Can you send over a screenshot of what you see on this page

Also, I’d like one more screenshot of the error you’re receiving, when trying to re-upgrade your Dropbox account.

Have you tried these steps perhaps?

Keep me posted.

Hey Nancy, sorry for the late reply. But here are the screenshots. I tried the steps you send, but it did not work.

Hi there,

Did you try to open your Dropbox Mobile App and restored your Apple Purchases there? If you claimed you have done that already kindly  update your Dropbox app from the App Store, and follow the steps again. https://help.dropbox.com/billing/subscription-error-mobile

Hope this helps.

Thanks

Hello,

I already tried that, but there is no button to click to restore my apple purchases.
