Dropbox charged me twice after the trial.
Hey @anj2, thanks for reaching out.
Did you perhaps go through the refund process, when cancelling the subscription? Or are you still on the paid Plus plan?
What do you see in the billing tab of your account settings?

Yes, at the time I was on plus, I was able to speak to an agent. I was surprised to see my statement of account from my credit card that it had 2 charges, now I am trying to get in touch with them but I cant anymore because I am on a free plan

Would you mind sending me the ticket number from your communication with our support agent, so I can look it up in our system?

I didn't keep it. 😞
I checked my inbox, spam, and trash to find if I have a transcript of the conversation but none.
As you can see in the statement, it was charged twice 😞
I see. No worries, we'll get to the bottom of this.
Can I send you an email on my end, so we can investigate further?
