My Business Trial Account upgraded itself without informing me and charged me USD 234.82 !!! This is unexeptable!

You are informed when signing up for the trial of when the charge dates will be - it is not unexpected, you agree to it when doing the trial.
Refunds are only issued where there is a legal obligation to do so. You can get information on who to contact etc. from https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/payments-billing/refund

You need to log a ticket following the link I already gave you - as I said, however, the terms of the product that you've agreed to do state that upgrades and none refundable so you may not be able to get it back.

Why was i charged for a free trial?
Once the trial ends you are automatically billed.
