I was invited to a Business team, but I'm getting a message that my Dropbox is full?

I was invited to a Business team, but I'm getting a message that my Dropbox is full?

Hi Everyone,

My boss has a business account but when he added me to the team i am being told that their isnt enough space on my account as i dont pay. Does my bosses charge not give me access to that storage space???

If you're getting that message then you weren't invited to join the team; you were just invited to a shared folder. In order to accept a shared folder, you need to have enough space in your account to hold the share.

 

 

If you were invited to join his team, your account would have merged into the team account (your boss would own your account) and you would have access to the space allocated to the team.
