Inability to claim 100gb from now acer laptop

Inability to claim 100gb from now acer laptop

Hello

I recently bought a new acer laptop and it told me that I could redeem 100gb of dropbox space

I signed up to dropbox using an old already preexisting account causing me to be unable to claim the 100gb of free dropbox space which you get from buying a new laptop

Is there a way for me to still get the 100gb from dropbox, if so how?

Do I just delete my p;reexisting dropbox app and just redownload it and sign up using a whole new account?

Thanks, I would really appreciate  getting the extra storage space for dropbox

Unless youve already had a space bonus from an Acer laptop you do still qualify, however, you need to have meet the terms. Did you complete www.dropbox.com/gs ?

So i do need to complete the dropbox goals things first to qualify right? I never received any space bonus for dropbox and I puchased a new laptop so i chould qualify right

And what about if i ahve received space bonus before but I have never used it does that qualify?
