Incorrect charges, need a refund

I have the basic free account, but upon signing up for Rocket Money discovered that I have been charged monthly for a Dropbox account amounting to over $500 in charges. I logged into my account & verified that I have a basic free account, but that also means I don’t qualify for customer service communication since it’s not a premium account. I tried doing the credit card transaction lookup but even with the cut and paste of the transaction numbers from my credit card statement it still said nothing exists. I don’t know how to rectify this or to get in touch with Dropbox, but I would like to a) stop the incorrect charges and b) get a refund on these charges. Any thoughts/advice?

Hi @jennydeloach, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.

 

This will help me to assist further!
