Ipad Trial not working

Ipad Trial not working

I recently tried to use the Free trial to upgrade to the Plus version in the iPad.
Right after doing so, my credit card was charged and there was no upgrade, I'm still with Dropbox Basic.

Trying to restore purchases shows the following error: "Unable to restore purchases. The operation couldn't be completed (INSURLErrorDomain error409)

The fact I can't find any place to contact support is ridiculous.
How can I solve this? I already requested the refund on apple but that's gonna take a while I guess.

Hey @MaggieL, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Can you please let me know if you've made sure that your iPad's OS and the version of the Dropbox mobile app are completely up to date?

 

If not, can you update them to the latest versions and try restoring your purchases anew?

 

If you're still getting an error, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too.
