It seems I'm locked out of my account

I am locked out of Dropbox basic.  I cannot find out how to continue with my basic personal account and dropbox online has dropped me off. I have the Dropbox desktop available and can still open the online one. It's weird. Please help.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I have sorted the issue out by setting DropBox up again from scratch. I still don't know what caused the problem, but it is fixed.

Can you please give me some more info as to why you're locked out of your account?

 

Are you getting some kind of error message when you try to sign in?

 

Any additional info would be really helpful.
