Just got charged yearly, said it would be monthly

Just got charged yearly, said it would be monthly

Hello, I was looking at my account last week and it said I would be charged monthly which was perfect but I just saw in my bank account I was charged for another full year $184. I wont be needing it for the year. How do I get a refund and just pay monthly?

Are the charges you received direct Dropbox ones?

 

If they are, I can open a ticket for you, and see what we can do, in this case.
