Hi,
I just got a new levovo laptop in Italy and it says I was able to claim the 100gb free dropbox storage for 12 months, but I haven't recieved it on my account as it only shows the previous storage I already had.
Should I need to create and configure a new account to get the promotion?
I was hoping someone would be able to help me to get my 100gb on my account if possible please.
PD: As the following link states, "This Offer is open to both new and existing Dropbox users who buy a new Lenovo device during or after
September 2020".
Have you already had a 100gb promotion on that account?
Did you complete www.dropbox.com/gs ?

No, I do not have activated any 100gb promotion before on my account.
Yes, I already completed all the tasks included in the link.

i have exactly the same issue, new account, new lenovo laptop, started download dropbox through prompt from lenovo startup dialogs. You answers on how to install for lenovo are not there, there is only info on when it is available to users, but no clue how to do it.
