I have a second paid dropbox account for which I have forgotten the associated login information. When I try to use the "Look up a credit or debit card purchase" feature, and put in the correct last 4 digits of my credit card, expiration date, and transaction ID, I get an error message to "Please enter the expiration date and last 4 digits of billed credit card". I know that it is the correct billed credit card because it shows up on my statement. Is this an error with the feature?

Please help me. I want to stop charges on my credit card. The "Look Up a Credit Card or Debit Card Purchase" page does not work. I am trying to find out where the charges are coming from. I have already deleted my account but had create it back again just to join this community. I now have to call my credit card company monthly just to dispute the charge. I don't use Dropbox at all.

Looks like y'all fixed the "Credit Card Charge" lookup tool today. Many thanks. I imagine many people are trying to find out where their credit card charge is from.
