Good morning, I have the following problem
I bought an HP laptop, and it came with the Dropbox promotion for 12 months with a space of 100Gb. I activated the promotion but later I unlinked the account thinking that another computer had been connected, when I entered the account, I no longer had the 100GB that the promotion gave me, how do I reactivate the 100GB space.

Thank you very much I hope they answer quickly.

That almost certainly means you are logged in to the wrong account. Log out again and back in to the one you used for the promo. 

 

You can see event history at www.dropbox.com/events and www.dropbox.com/account/devices which will show when/where accounts were connected to the account you are using now
