Hello!

I am here to ask a question about how to contact support. I have recently realized that I have a subscription going on an account that I do not have access to anymore because I have lost that email account. I am wondering if there is a possibility that I can somehow contact support so my subsription to that account can be removed. I have tried to find a way to contact them but so far I haven't been able to find an email or a number to call. This subsription has be going on for a while now and I have no idea what email I used for whatever account it is.

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Hi @Oscar Malmsten, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.

 

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
