Hello,
I have a subscription for Dropbox Plus and this month, by mistake I forgot to transfer money in the card and the monthly payment was declined. I went to my google Play Store, found my dropbox subscription and clicked 'resubscribe' and my monthly payment was taken immediately. However, later i got an email that my dropbox account was downgraded. In my play store i have a notification that I need to confirm the subscription by opening the app. When I open the app, in settings I find that I need to subscribe and tells me to choose a payment plan (monthly or yearly). But i already paid! So what do i do to continue my subscription without paying again?

Hi @Jeannette4, welcome aboard the Community. 

 

As a first step, I’d like you to send me a screenshot of what you see when opening your Dropbox app, as well as what you see when going to your Plan page.

 

Also, if you check your bank statement, does your payment appear there as completed?

  • Please contact Dropbox Support: Contact Dropbox customer service and explain the scenario. They should be able to help you resolve the problem and ensure your subscription is active.
  • Provide Payment Proof: When contacting Dropbox support, make sure to include payment proof, such as a receipt or transaction details. This will assist them in verifying your payment and restoring your subscription.
  • Examine Your Account for Errors: Check your Dropbox account settings to ensure there are no mistakes or inconsistencies. Check that your payment method is linked and active.

I'm trying to contact Dropbox support but there isn't a button to chat or contact support. Only the chat bot, but it didn't help

Scroll down and you'll find support us coloumn where you have to click on contact us there you can choose whether to call , mail.
