Hello,
I have a subscription for Dropbox Plus and this month, by mistake I forgot to transfer money in the card and the monthly payment was declined. I went to my google Play Store, found my dropbox subscription and clicked 'resubscribe' and my monthly payment was taken immediately. However, later i got an email that my dropbox account was downgraded. In my play store i have a notification that I need to confirm the subscription by opening the app. When I open the app, in settings I find that I need to subscribe and tells me to choose a payment plan (monthly or yearly). But i already paid! So what do i do to continue my subscription without paying again?

As a first step, I’d like you to send me a screenshot of what you see when opening your Dropbox app, as well as what you see when going to your Plan page.
Also, if you check your bank statement, does your payment appear there as completed?
