I got a Dropbox 100GB account with the purchase of my new Gaming Laptop, but I mistyped the email address to create the account. It still opens on my computer, but I can't sign-in or download Dropbox on any other phone or app. Please help me delete the mistyped email address and enter the correct email address so I can have full access to dropbox.

I don't know what else I can do to recover this drop box with the 100gb promotional rate
I just have it signed in on my device Windows 11 Predator Helios 300 so that's how I can access settings.
Let me know if there's something we can do about this problem.

In that case, can you please open a private browsing/incognito window on your browser and go to this page?
This should allow you to submit a help request to our support team regarding your email typo issue.
Please make sure to send along the ticket number, once you've done this.
