Money in retention with canceled plan

Money in retention with canceled plan

I have canceled my Dropbox subscription with a paid plan and in theory I only have it available until today, because I am going back to Basic so they don't have to charge me again. They told me that they would refund the money, because they had already withheld it from my bank account, but that money is still withheld.
And I don't know how to stop it being withheld, because in theory I canceled it and they didn't have to charge me.

You contacted Support and they said you would be refunded? If so, the refund would typically take 4-5 business days before it's processed by your bank.

When I cancelled my plan they asked me if I wanted to continue with the plan until 2025 so they will charge me or if I wanted to cancel it today and they would refund the money, so I chose the second option.

Who is "they" and how did you cancel? Did you actually contact someone in Support? I ask because subscriptions are typically non-refundable, except where required by law.
