Hello,

 

My Dropbox plan is $ 11.99/month but from June month it is deducted twice so can I get a refund for 2 months $ 11.99+ $ 11.99

If the charges you keep receiving are direct Dropbox ones, can you please check your bank statement for any 12-digit transaction IDs linked to each one of those payments?

 

After that, I'd like you to go here, insert these IDs in the provided field, and let me know if they all give you the same email address or two different ones.

 

That'll help me assist you further.

If these payments are made through a credit card, you should be able to use our payment lookup tool, to find out the email associated with the paid account.
