Hi! I just subscribed to dropbox and tried to get a trial for the Plus plan. I have been debited but yet I am on a basic plan. I haven't found any articles about this and I am unsure how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated. 🙂

Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the Dropbox mobile app?
According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

It was through the moible app and it said itunes.

I have tried but it gives me an error message.
