Hi @Mirsimm, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Did you upgrade to the paid plan via the Dropbox mobile app itself, or via the Dropbox site?

 

Do you see any payment on the card statement, and was it be Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

 

This will help me to assist further!

I did it through the mobile app at first and it wasn’t working so then I did it on the site and it went through and yes there is a charge on my card for 12.89
Apple.com /bill card but I also have an email of drop purchase

Do you see any recent payments on this page on your account? What is your current plan here?
