My account won't sync, even after I upgraded to a paid subscription; still says I'm on Basic And I tried restoring purchases
Hi @Mirsimm, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Did you upgrade to the paid plan via the Dropbox mobile app itself, or via the Dropbox site?
Do you see any payment on the card statement, and was it be Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?
