Hi, I tried to upgrade my Dropbox today (mobile app, I-phone) to a professional account through the free trial.
I do Face ID, it says the payment is successful, and then it gets stuck on “working” and either never moves, or gives me an error message that it can’t upgrade.
I re-open the app and it says I have basic, and need to upgrade because my Dropbox is full. Then I try to click upgrade, and it tells me I’m already subscribed. So I click another option, family instead of professional, and it does the same thing. I thought may since I’ve used the free trial on another Dropbox account on the same phone that’s why it was glitching. So instead I purchased one year of Dropbox professional. It said the payment went through, and when I went back it still said I was Basic, storage was full, and I needed to upgrade. Please help.
