I was just charged 199 USD by dropbox. When I searched the charge, I saw it wasn't related to my account at all. I realise that my card may have been compromised, but how do I get refunded for the charge? There seems to be no direct way to contact customer service...
You need to speak to your card company and get them to sort - if your card is compromised then they will almost certain do other charges.

Thanks. I will definitely speak with my card company, however, from previous experience I know they will tell me to first sort this out with the company that charged my card. Being that I actually am registered with Dropbox, I would expect some sort of personal reply here... A little taken aback by how difficult it is to get ANY kind of support here. Terrible customer service so far... 😞 😞 😞
