I signed a one year 2TB dropbox plan june of 2023. Mid january, without any warning, dropbox tried to charge R$628,00 on my credit card. Since it didnt go though, i received an email saying that my storage was full and i needed to upgrade to 3TB plan. Of the 2TB i signed up for i have only used 325GB. But they kept trying to charge me to an upgrade to 3TB.
This week, all my files stopped synchronizing, then i received an email saying i have been downgraded to the 2GB basic plan.
Can someone please explain why i need to upgrade to 3TB, when i havent used 20% of the 2TB plan and i can i get my plan back.
