My storage is not updated even though I paid for 2TB every month

I paid for 2tb package every month for a year and my storage didn’t upgrade and I cannot load any file photo. I tried to contact and asking robot and no one can help me. I spending a lot of money and doesn’t work.

hey, maybe you must ask the admin in twitter, because last year I paid for 2 tb just once time and it used for 1 year

Hey @BBys-girl, thanks for reaching out to our Community!

 

Is it possible that you have two Dropbox accounts and you have upgraded the wrong one?

 

I'd suggest you look through your emails, to see if you can find which email address is associated with your paid account.

 

Also, do you know how you paid for your subscription? Was it with your card directly through the Dropbox website, or via iTunes/GooglePlay?

Hello Hannah,

Thank you for your killing help.
I checked both of my accounts and still not updated. Anyway I paid by iTunes and I also tried to log in with itunes account and still none of itunes account in dropbox.

Hmm, in that case, I'd suggest you open the Dropbox app, which should be linked to the account you upgraded, tap on 'account', then on the gear icon and then on 'restore purchases'.
