I have been charged $864 for subscription I canceled a year ago AND I was just charged again for this amount. None of the solutions in the customer support section of the admin are working. I need to talk to someone to resolve this. I paid with paypal. At this point, this is fraud as all the "solutions" on your customer support page take me in circles. Your chat was unhelpful too. The customer support phone # in the paypal record says to contact customer support for an auto call-back. That is what I want. I have NEVER had such a frustrating experience to cancel this.

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
Keep me updated with any progress.

I havent used this account in years but keep getting charged ($854!) I dont even know what kind of account this was as I dont use it and canceled it I dont see help or customer support--I really need to talk to someone. I am going to complain to my credit card company as it seems like your company is making it impossible to cancel. Terrible experience.
I just got an auto email from customer support saying they dont monitor emails and go to the community!!!!! this is rediculous

me too!!!! I have now been charged $864 for 2 years for dropbox which i canceled. There is evidently NO customer support. I need to file a credit card/paypal fraud claim I guess. This STINKS!!!!

I need to talk to an actual person--it is unaceptable to make canceling so difficult that "customers" give up and you just keep charging them. You just charged me $864 for 2 years--a total of $1720 erroniously. this is absolutely fraudulent.
Currently, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions.
I've located your ticket on the system and have responded to your message. Please could you reply to the email as soon as possible.
