I have been charged $864 for subscription I canceled a year ago AND I was just charged again for this amount. None of the solutions in the customer support section of the admin are working. I need to talk to someone to resolve this. I paid with paypal. At this point, this is fraud as all the "solutions" on your customer support page take me in circles. Your chat was unhelpful too. The customer support phone # in the paypal record says to contact customer support for an auto call-back. That is what I want.  I have NEVER had such a frustrating experience to cancel this.

me too! I cannot get a hold of anyone--just get emails that say go to the customer support page. I am being fraudulently charged $864 a year!!!!

there is no way to contact them!!!!!! please please help--is there an email to someone that can in customer support? is there any way to get a response from ANYONE?

There is, as @Jay describe above, and it works just fine.

 

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

 

 

Once on the page in an Incognito window, in the Choose an account field select Other and fill in an email address you have access to. Continue filling out the form with the rest of your information and you'll be able to submit a ticket.
