I've seen similar questions but can't find the answer to my specific query. Sometime ago a colleague started up a free trial for the Dropbox Business account. He set himself up as the admin.
He has left the company, the free trial has ended. I am told I need to resubscribe to continue using Dropbox for Business. I cannot resubscribe because I am told I need to ask our admin to do it....who has left the company.
Can you help please?

Thank you for coming back to me. Unfortunately the admin team member no longer works for the company, no one has access to his Dropbox account and his company email address no longer exists. The team had only him and me in it. It was him that set up the business account free trial - although I don't know why as he never used it. I'd like to take up the free trial offer - I have up to 10 users that will be part of my team. However if I sign in I am told I need to resubscribe to paid version via my admin team member.

I am the new admin for a company. Dropbox account is assigned to admin who is not longer with company and we do not have access to the email that was attached to our account. I cannot get thru to support via phone or chatbot. How do we change information on the account?
Hi @mbvogeler, I hope you're doing well!
The only way to change the admin's permissions would be for them to grant admin permissions on another user of the Team, I'm afraid.
Do you maybe have an IT, that could help you gain access to the email address of the admin? That would help you reset the password on their Dropbox account, access it and make all the necessary changes.
