I inadvertently had to change my credit card and didn't catch it in time before dropbox downgraded me back down to basic. I have over 3TB of files and use Dropbox for personal pictures and video and the system isn't allowing me to upgrade back to professional.
I get the error "something went wrong" and I can't seem to get anyone at dropbox to help me fix this....
