New member of the team is not able to see any folders or files

I have created a new member but he is not capable to see any folder, anything.... Thank you!

Hey @Javier288, thanks for letting us know about this. 

 

Is this person just a member of the team or an admin?

 

Is it possible that they still haven't accepted the team invite? What's their status in the members tab in your admin console?

 

And what exactly do they see? Only the folder with their name on it?

 

Keep me posted and we'll go from there.
