No cost Dropbox Administrator account

No cost Dropbox Administrator account

Are there any plans to implement an Administrator Dropbox user that doesn't cost a license? It would be great if we could get a user type that can only manage content, recover files, manage users but not download/sync files. Currently, as an MSP, we have to pay for a full license just so we can support clients. This makes Dropbox a hard to sell to clients.

If Microsoft, Adobe, Extensis, Meraki (and any other software vendor portal) can do this, why not Dropbox? You are the only one who force MSPs to pay for a full license and we lose so many proposals because of this!

Hey again @Sebastian NZ, thank you for your feedback on this.

It's true that, currently, all members and admins of a Dropbox for Business Teams account will take up a license. For more information on the admin roles, you can have a look here.

Let me know if you have anything else to add or ask!
